Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card. Upgrade whenever your team outgrows it.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and we credit the difference.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page in the app, in two clicks. You keep access until the period you paid for ends.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Each workspace's data is kept separate and encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the members you invite can see it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus WeChat Pay and Alipay in mainland China. Business customers can also pay by invoice.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export everything in your workspace at any time, on every plan.
